Today we want you to know Tati SokolowskI, the illustrator behind the stationery collection Natura by tati soko. A collection inspired by balance, yoga and life in contact with nature.
1. Who is Tati Sokolowski?
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Where I study fashion and textile design. At the end of the university I went to live in Chile, where I currently make base, on the southern coast.
I started working in fashion, and then, after a few years, I decided to look for a more balanced path between what I like to do and the lifestyle I took.
I went to Barcelona for a while, where I studied professional illustration and currently work of it, as an illustrator and artist. I perform works of art, textile prints and various illustrations for brands around the world.
I have a great attraction for the soft colors and especially nature, where I find the perfect balance and inspiration to carry out my works.
I am in constant search for what inspires me and shapes my work: simplicity, surfing, nature and being in constant movement. My watercolors are characterized by tranquility. Everything that generates a welfare state representing my constant search for that balance.
2. What is illustration for you?
It is to put in images, colors and shapes what the head imagines ... it is a way of beautifying ideas.
3. What have you inspired by this collaboration with Natura?
In the art of yoga, the practice of a long -lived life and health at the physical, mental and emotional level. I focused on each position having a special character, a personality for each character. I am interested that people can have an original yoga routine to practice and incorporate yoga is their daily lives. Each position represents a bit of my world, memories that I was keeping from each trip, the things that I like and generate pleasure.
4. What is your motto or motto and life?
- Happiness, as a result of great intentions, sincere efforts and intelligent execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives: the choice, not chance, determines your destiny.
- Hugging a slow, simple lifestyle ... makes you have the time to scatter the signals, senses, tastes and sounds we are looking for.
- Be eternally curious and not be afraid to make our own path.
- Find beauty in simplicity, be present in our own life. Creating moments that will be treasures forever, enjoying the trip.
