Last Sunday, April 28 Natura He organized with Yotuba and Ocean52 his second triathlon of cleaning of the seabed in Barcelona. 70 people participated in this "competition" forming different teams (swimmers, Paddle Surf, apneistas and beach brigade) and managed to collect among all 270 kg of waste on the Nova Icària beach, in Barcelona.
This event is an activity that is of environmental consciousness sports activities such as immersion, swimming and paddle surf. Despite what it may seem, the Barcelona coast hosts a great biodiversity. Yotuba works to raise awareness among the impact of city garbage (sewage, dragged waste from our streets towards the sea on rainy days and waste caused by the massification of users of our beaches) in the sea , and its intention is to continue organizing periodically collected from garbage from the seabed.
