Penalty a small review of a project on a project that caught our attention is barely read a month. It is called "Poly Spam", by photographer Cristina de Middel, where she illustrated through her photographs those people who "allegedly" hide behind the classic mails of digital scammers. Texts that talk about family tragedies, cases of extreme survival, life or death stories with the intention of starting a donation. The fact is that Cristina de Middel turned those texts that touch the psycho-thriller into an image, the same that our mind could build when reading one of these texts.
According to the artist if you want to understand what happens today in the world, “You just have to read a single spam. They are perfectly designed to describe what they are, what we are, what they want and what we want with a small trick: in a single click, they promise to save our soul and our bank account. ”
The truth is that it is incredible as it manages to convey the image generated after reading each mail. A very original way of denouncing those scams that use misfortunes as bait, when unfortunately those misfortunes surely exist really but who suffers it will never send an email. Following this project we have been following others on its website and, the truth, we love its work. Do not miss it, seriously, it is spectacular.
