Iñaki is an 11 -year -old boy. Iñaki is a child with Asperger syndrome. Iñaki is a gifted child. Iñaki is a unique child, with many important things to say. Ask Iñaki. Asperger's syndrome is an autistic spectrum disorder, which affects between 3 and 7 out of every 1000 children in the world. Those who suffer from it usually have difficulties with social interaction, and do not understand communication and empathy like the rest of the people, which hinders their social integration. If we add to that, as in the case of Iñaki, a high giftedness (150 ci, a figure that only has 1% of the population), the difficulty is even greater. Andrea Lamount, a photographer and filmmaker, met Iñaki two years ago, and was immediately fascinated by her words and mental clarity. So he decided to film a documentary about him. He became his shadow, chamber and microphone in a list. He discovered, for example, Iñaki's theories about the Big Bang, but also his fears and his difficulties in integration in school. Even with doubts about the documentary script, Andrea asked her family and friends what they would like to know about someone like Iñaki. Almost involuntarily, the documentary motto was being born: "What would you ask Iñaki?" A campaign was raised on social networks (#askinaki), where interested people were able to ask Iñaki about their concerns and their vision of the world. Of all the questions received, the most significant were chosen to be part of the documentary, which is entitled "Through Me". At the moment, the documentary is in its assembly phase. From here we want to help disseminate this wonderful project, and collaborate for the greatest possible awareness and dissemination. You can visit the page on Facebook Through me To expand the information. We can all get Iñaki and many other children to find their place in society.
