The only requirement that we ask is to sign up in the store itself, every Thursday you will find a new list to sign up*. Run, the places are limited!
Nina Manich is the one who teaches Hatha Yoga. His classes are based on the correct alignment and body consciousness, always with a conscious breathing and the overturning of the senses inwards.
