This year, at Natura, we want to join International Women's Day. A day where, no matter who you are, whether you are a woman or a man, we come together for common rights. For us, March 8th is a day of unity, and that's why we launch the message: "We are all one".
On this day, we want to thank all the women who are part of Natura (more than 85% of the workforce) and commemorate our common struggle for women's participation in the workforce on an equal footing with men. We also want to thank all those individuals (regardless of gender) who believe in a world of equality.
Our stores have been filled with faces formed by different people symbolizing the unity and strength of the team.
