Today, October 10th, is a day to pause and look within.
World Mental Health Day invites us to reflect, break the silence, and speak openly about how we feel.
At Natura, we want to focus on those who most need to be heard: children and young people.
They are growing up in a world full of stimuli, screens, comparisons, and challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
According to the WHO, 1 in 7 young people worldwide experiences a mental health issue.
Even more concerning is that half of these conditions begin before the age of 14.
Behind these numbers are stories, emotions, and, above all, an urgent need: to care for their emotional well-being.

Childhood and adolescence are key moments in life.
It’s during these years that we learn to see the world, to connect with others, and to love ourselves.
That’s why caring for mental health early on not only improves the present but also builds a more balanced and joyful future.

At Natura, we believe that talking about mental health is talking about life.
That’s why we collaborate with Ítaka, the Mental Health Unit of the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, through the Kokoloko – solidarity keychains created by the patients themselves.
Their sale helps break the stigma that still surrounds child and youth mental health.
This day reminds us of something essential: there is no health without mental health.
Caring for our young people means caring for the future.
And that care begins with something as simple and as powerful as listening, supporting, and being present.
