Cold ankle brace for feet

This band is ideal for relieving pain in ankle and foot injuries or simply for relaxation. Its elasticity and softness make it easy to adjust to the ankle.

How to use:

Leave the band in the freezer for a maximum of 2 hours before use. Do not freeze, altering the shape of the product. Avoid rubbing, hitting, or dropping while it is frozen. Place it on the ankle area for a maximum of 30 minutes. Recommendation: If you have sensitive skin, test it on your skin to prevent irritation or burning before using the product for a longer period.

Start using it in sessions of up to 10 minutes maximum. In case of irritation or discomfort, immediately discontinue use.
